ORLANDO, FL—Tim Spencer, a commercial broker in the Orlando area for 12 years, has joined the Orlando office of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services as a vice president/principal.
In 2002 Spencer started his commercial real estate career at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT and advanced to vice president of office & industrial services before joining Lee & Associates. He will specialize in office brokerage. Lee & Associates' Central Florida currently represents more than 9 million square feet of commercial real estate.

Spencer's most recent project was the sellout of 97 offices, medical and retail condos at the 130,000-square-foot Windermere Business Center in southwest Orlando totaling more than $15 million dollars in sales.
