ATLANTA—Commercial real estate sales, leasing and advisory firm Bull Realty reports it has once again increased its presence in the Atlanta marketplace.

The firm has expanded its Atlanta headquarters office at 50 Glenlake Parkway. Bull Realty originally occupied 9,166 square feet, expanded to more than 12,100 square feet last year, and now has increased its leased space at the property to 15,075 square feet at Highwoods Properties' Glenlake Office Park.

The office features a large open coffee shop area with a view of Studio One, a state-of-the-art radio/video studio where the nationally syndicated “Commercial Real Estate Show” hosted by Bull Realty CEO Michael Bull is produced. The space also has a new high-tech meeting room, a lounge with a large screen and an impressive executive boardroom. Facilitec designed the space and consulted on furniture.

Bull Realty's offices also feature a new game rom where a conference table converts to a pool table and a Ping-Pong table. The billiards room also sports a dartboard, Bluetooth sound system and flat-screen televisions. “We work hard, but also like to enjoy our business relationships and have a little fun,” says Bull. “The space is comfortable and a great place to do business.”

The firm is staging a tour of its new offices for Atlanta area business and commercial real estate professionals on Thursday, June 26th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
