ATLANTA—Kuck Immigration Partners has signed a lease for nearly 14,000 square feet of space at the Northridge Center 1 office building here.
The 13,983-square-foot lease was reported by PM Realty Group, which represented the building owner KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT in the transaction.
Scott Rees, senior vice president, and David Tyler, vice president of Houston-based PMRG handled the transaction for the owner. Chet Lacy of Richard Bowers and Company represented Kuck Immigration, which is expected to take occupancy of its space at the property in the late summer.
Northridge Center is comprised of two adjacent office buildings totaling more than 180,000 square feet. Jointly, the properties are currently 70% leased to tenants including Allstar Financial, Woolpert, Hire Velocity and Calero. PM Realty Group manages both buildings.
