JACKSONVILLE, FL—Julie Bohn, a broker with Cantrell and Morgan Inc., has joined Cushman & Wakefield of Florida's Land & Special Assets Brokerage Services group based here as a director.
From 2006 to 2010, Bohn served as an appraiser for Cantrell Real Estate specializing in eminent domain and bankruptcy cases. In 2010, she transitioned to a brokerage role with CRE's sister company, Cantrell and Morgan, Inc., where she specialized in the disposition of distressed portfolios and assets for bank real estate owned (REO) departments and land acquisitions for investors.

Bohn holds degrees in both finance and real estate from Florida State University and is a state-certified broker and state-certified commercial appraiser. She was named NAIOP Northeast Florida's 2013 Emerging Professional of the Year and currently sits on the organization's Board of Directors. She is also on the Board of Directors of the Florida Ballet Company and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, where she serves on the Programs Committee.
