ARLINGTON, VA—The Arlington County Board is scheduled to vote this Saturday on a plan by Monday Properties to redevelop two aging adjacent 12-story office buildings in Rosslyn by replacing them with mixed-use buildings of 28 and 24 stories.

The Board is set to vote on a rezoning and site plans for the properties at 1401 Wilson Blvd. and 1400 Key Blvd, according to the Washington Business Journal.

Monday Properties' plans call for a 28-story residential building at 1400 Key, containing 274 units and a 44,409-square-foot grocery store.

At 1401 Wilson, the developer, with offices in New York City and Arlington, plans a 24-story, 524,000-square-foot office building, to include 11,131 square feet of retail. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
