NEW YORK CITY—Former director of leasing for L&M Development, Jeff Pandolfo has joined The Shopping Center Group to take on a similar position with the firm.
Pandolfo has joined Atlanta-based The Shopping Center Group as director of leasing and will be responsible for the growth and oversight of the Northeast project leasing division, as well as listing activities in its urban division, SCG Retail, for the five boroughs of New York.
“We're excited to have Jeff on board because he has extensive Landlord experience,” says Sam Latone, CEO of The Shopping Center Group. “Jeff understands the needs of developers and landlords and that insight will greatly enhance our ability to service that side of the business.”
During his tenure at L&M Development, Pandolfo was a key member of the team charged with leasing and managing the company's portfolio. Prior to L&M, he was vice president of commercial leasing at Extell Development Co.
In his new position at The Shopping Center Group, Pandolfo is responsible with hiring and overseeing all agents for all leasing activities in New York City, as well as the suburbs throughout the Northeast. He will also help formulate strategy and a vision for leasing assignments, company officials say.
