ATLANTA—Jon Mayeske, a top broker with Cushman & Wakefield's New York brokerage operations is relocating to Atlanta to be a director in the firm's brokerage services group there.

The native of Fairburn, GA, Mayeske will provide strategic consulting and brokerage services for a variety of high profile private and not-for-profit office clients that have retained his services in the past, company officials say.

“Jon has an excellent reputation as a leading broker with outstanding relationships in the business and commercial real estate communities. He has built an excellent track record of success which includes a long list of major lease signings,” says John O'Neill, C&W's senior managing director and Atlanta market leader. “We're thrilled that he has decided to move back to his home town and join the Atlanta office to enhance our tenant advisory services and contribute to our ongoing growth.”

Mayeske was a director in the tenant advisory practice in Cushman & Wakefield's New York office for the past eight years. His recent lease signings include a 101,600-square-foot lease with Internap Network Services Corp.; an 84,981-square-foot lease with MBIA Inc.; a 28,681-square-foot lease with Seamless North America LLC (now GrubHub Inc.); a 21,100-square-foot lease with xAd, Inc.; a 35,000-square-foot lease with Lacoste USA; and a 48,614-square-foot lease with Penn Mutual.
