Centra Metropark Fills 44,000 SFwith Relos

ISELIN, NJ—Three lease deals, paced by the more than 31,000-square-foot relocation and expansion transaction with Grant Thornton, have filled 44,000 square feet of space at Hampshire Companies' Centra Metropark office property here.

Hampshire and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank announced the three lease deals at the 110,500-square-foot, five-story property located at 186 Wood Ave. South in Iselin. In the largest of the three transactions, all of which involved expansions and relocations from elsewhere in the region, Grant Thornton leased 31,288 square feet. The audit and tax advisory firm, which was represented by Mike Christian and Sam Horowitz of DTZ, will occupy the entire top floor of the building. David Simson, vice chairman and COO of NGKF's NJ operations, and Jamie Drummond, senior managing director, are the exclusive leasing agents on behalf of Hampshire Cos.

Stern + Associates, represented by Marc Rosenberg of Cushman & Wakefield, joins the tenant roster at Centra Metropark with its 7,558-square-foot lease. The third transaction involves Atrium Staffing of NJ, which leased 5,272 square feet. The firm was represented by Christian Politan of Cushman & Wakefield.

With the latest leases, remaining availabilities include 13,700 square feet on the garden level, 15,700 square feet on the second floor and 14,300 square feet on the third floor.
