ALEXANDRIA, VA—EYA, equity partner JBG Cos. and architect Shalom Baranes Associates are scheduled to present their plan for the redevelopment of Robinson Terminal South here to the Alexandria Board of Architectural Review on Wednesday.

The plan calls for nine new buildings that will feature six townhouse rows, two mixed-use buildings and a multifamily building. Last September EYA agreed to purchase the 3.5-acre Robinson Terminal South property from Graham Holdings.

The existing historic warehouse at 2 Duke St. will be renovated as office space, according to the Washington Business Journal. The waterfront buildings on the property will contain commercial space with a nearly 6,000-square-foot restaurant in one building and 4,800 square feet of retail in the other. Both properties will feature condominium space over the commercial/retail space. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
