SAN JOSE, CA—Colliers International says that investment professionals Jay Gomez and James Kaye will take the reins as senior vice presidents of Colliers International's Capital Markets Group, Silicon Valley. Gomez and Kaye will now be responsible for managing institutional client relationships and originating investment sales assignments throughout the Silicon Valley, and will work jointly with Colliers International's key capital markets teams throughout the western region.

Having Colliers' professionals such as Gomez and Kaye serving that market, provides those key clients an assurance of excellence and stewardship.

Gomez and Kaye have worked for Colliers International Investment Services over the past 10 years. Both are considered experts in the Bay Area and highly respected within the investment services platform. Together they co-founded the Colliers USA Net Lease Group, and most recently have been leading the institutional retail investment efforts for Colliers, working out of the San Francisco Office. Combined, they have successfully yielded over $2 billion in closed real estate transactions throughout the Bay Area. Each have long-standing client relationships and extensive experience with a wide range of office, R&D, retail and industrial investment properties.

Gomez earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Washington and was member of the two-time conference champion Huskies men's soccer team.

Within the commercial real estate sector, his professional affiliations include Association of Silicon Valley Brokers, National Association of Industrial & Office Properties, Urban Land Institute, and International Council of Shopping Centers.

Kaye earned his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. His professional affiliations include Association of Silicon Valley Brokers and International Council of Shopping Centers.

Joining their team as vice president, Lindsey Snider is an integral part of the team's business development efforts and will be responsible for transaction management. She earned her bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University.
