KING OF PRUSSIA, PA—While work continues on one of the largest redevelopment projects in the region, New York City-based Candlebrook Properties has opened its 251 DEKALB luxury high-rise property here.
The project, which will be completed in phases throughout 2016, will eventually feature 641 luxury residences. Apartments at 251 DEKALB will become available this summer, company officials say.
"King of Prussia is an extraordinary hub of commercial and retail activity in the heart of Philadelphia's affluent Main Line, yet it currently lacks high-end rental apartment options," says Neil Rubler, CEO of Candlebrook Properties. "We're creating a new strata of luxury living in a market that demands it, and offering the highest standards of design to a city that is steeped in the tradition of its art and aesthetics."
Among the amenities at 251 DEKALB will include 24/7 concierge services, the 251 Club that includes a fitness center by wellness company Technogym, a library lounge, curated art displays, a new pool with sundeck and BBQ, bocce ball courts, and a dog park.
All residences will feature wide plank floors, modern European open kitchens with custom fixtures, cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, European contemporary baths, in-unit washer/dryers, and floor-to-ceiling windows. In addition, the property will offer free Wi-Fi in all apartments, custom designed "tech bars," and Kevo Bluetooth-controlled apartment locks.
