NEW YORK CITY—American Realty Capital Global Trust, Inc. reports that Patrick J. Goulding, a former managing director and global head of portfolio management for Morgan Stanley, has been named chief financial officer of the firm.

Goulding succeeded Nicholas Radesca effective July 1, the company states. Goulding will be responsible for the financial operations of American Realty Capital Global Trust and will report to the company's President and CEO Michael Weil.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2010, Goulding served as managing director at Strategic Value Partners, a global alternative investment firm. He has more than 25 years of experience in real estate finance accounting and operations and is a fellow of the institute of chartered accountants in Ireland. Goulding is a graduate of the Waterford Institute of Technology in Waterford, Ireland.
