RESTON, VA—Morristown, NJ-based Normandy Real Estate Partners has sold its office building at 1775 Wiehle Ave. here to First Potomac Realty Trust for $41 million.
The five-story130,000-square-foot office building, built in 2001, is located two blocks from the new Wiehle-Reston East Silver Line Metro Station and the mixed-use Reston Station development, according to the Washington Business Journal.
The building's largest tenant is the law firm Odin Feldman & Pittleman PC. Brokerage firm Cassidy Turley represented Normandy Real Estate Partners in the sales transaction.
The building is the company's second asset in Reston. The firm also owns the Reston Business Campus on Pinecrest Road.
