HOLLYWOOD, FL—Less than 12 months after it inked a nearly 55,000-square-foot renewal at the Venture Corporate Center here, Hospital Physician Partners has expanded once again at the property.
The expansion deal, which brings the practice's leased space to more than 59,000 square feet at the park, was announced by Taylor & Mathis, the exclusive leasing agent for the 252,000-square-foot office park. The expansion lease with Hospital Physician Partners brings the park's occupancy rate up to more than 90%.
Donna Korn and Jennifer Gemma of Taylor & Mathis brokered the transaction on behalf of property owner MetLife. Co-broker Tony Jones of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
Hospital Physician Partners, a tenant at Venture Corporate Park since 2010, just about doubled its presence at the park last October when it signed a 26,242-square-foot expansion deal.
