C&W Boosts Corporate Project Management Team By Four

NEW YORK CITY—Cushman & Wakefield has appointed four professionals to its US corporate project management services team.

Michael Laffey, project management director, joins as East Coast regional lead; Amira DeCastro-Paluskiewicz, project management director, joins as the New York regional lead; Katy Ruscitti, project management director, joins as Central regional lead; and Anuj Dalal, project management director, joins as West Coast Regional Lead. All four are expected to drive new business development and oversee clients as key members of our Corporate Project Management team.

Laffey has 22 years of experience managing high-achieving teams and leading complex project and construction management assignments. He spent seven years at CBRE, where he was director of project management and New Jersey market leader. Based in East Rutherford, NJ, his knowledge of industry trends and innovations will strengthen our platform's expertise.

DeCastro-Paluskiewicz brings 20 years of experience as a real estate and facilities management professional in financial services. Based here, she has a full range of experience, from project architect to management positions at companies such as AIG and American Express.

Ruscitti has more than 25 years of experience in design and management. Based in Chicago, she spent the last four years at Gensler, where she was a project director and business development leader in the interiors group and served as the technology firm practice area leader for the North Central region. Most recently, she was the account director for Discover Financial Services, overseeing two million square feet of space renovations.

Dalal has over 15 years of expertise supporting corporate clients in Project Management services. Based in San Francisco, he previously worked for Jones Lang LaSalle as the global project management office director for a consumer goods client, leading a shared services team.
