MIAMI—What do you get when you cross Related Group, Dezer Development, and Armani? Luxury residences, of course.

Residences by Armani/Casa is bringing together all three companies, as well as famed Argentinean-born architect César Pelli, creator of the Petronas Towers in Malaysia and Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami, to bring a 60-story oceanfront tower to Sunny Isles Beach, FL.

“Armani/Casa was born from my desire to see my design aesthetic at work in interior spaces,” says Giorgio Armani, president and CEO of the Armani Group. “On a project like this, where we have the benefit of partnering with a talented architect like César Pelli, we get the opportunity to create something really very special—a remarkable living space, imbued with the spirit of modern elegance.”

Sitting just north of Bal Habrour, Residences by Armani/Casa will feature 260 luxury residences. The project promises to reflect Armani's aesthetic sensibility and his hallmark sense of comfort and functionality.

“The Residences by Armani/Casa brings a new level of taste to Sunny Isles Beach, which has become one of the best oceanfront locations in the world for sophisticated condominium living and design,” says Jorge M. Pérez, founder of Related. Scheduled for completion in 2016, Residences by Armani/Casa will rise at 18975 Collins Avenue.

“The tower will be representative of the Armani lifestyle,” says Gil Dezer, president of Dezer. “It will possess distinctive luxury and unrivalled elegance, as do our other branded buildings.”
