DALLAS—Colliers International North Texas says real estate veteran, Bo Estes, has joined its team. Estes brings more than 35 years of experience specializing in office tenant representation and corporate services in both the Dallas/Fort Worth market and across the country.

“I am excited to welcome Bo Estes to our family. He embodies our cultural beliefs in integrity, expertise, community, and fun. His ability to service large, multi-market clients will enhance Colliers International's ability to provide world class service wherever our clients require it,” says David Pinsel, managing director of Colliers International. “Furthermore, his willingness and ability to mentor the next generation of professionals will make Colliers stronger for years to come.”

Estes joins Colliers from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he served as a managing director for Global Corporate Services. Estes began his career with Hank Dickerson & Company, where he served as associate and later as vice president of the firm, becoming a multi-million-dollar producer. In 1983, he joined Hines Industrial, as director of marketing where he established a staff and headed the leasing efforts for an entire portfolio of 14 low, mid and high-rise office properties in Dallas/Fort Worth, totaling more than a half billion dollars. Estes joined the well-known downtown Dallas firm of Bell & Hocker, Inc. in 1986, where he successfully negotiated leases for major tenants in some of Dallas' most prominent office addresses. After a merger with Grubb & Ellis in June of 1994, Estes has consistently been a top producer year in and year out as senior vice president, making the Circle of Excellence multiple years.

“The company brand, strong reputation in the marketplace, and quality individuals with high moral standards are what makes me proud to join the Colliers team,” said Estes. “The vast array of services, tools, and talent across the board will afford me the opportunity to service all of my clients in the most efficient and professional manner possible.”

Over his distinguished career, Estes has represented such firms as Avrea Foster, Littler Mendelson, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Lincoln Financial Group, and Lincoln National Life Insurance in multiple markets across the country.
