EDISON, NJ—Cambria Automotive Companies have signed a long-term lease renewal for 63,803 square feet of industrial space at 116 Talmadge Road here.
The deal was announced by NAI Hanson. The brokerage firm's Gary P. Sauerborn, a senior vice president, represented Cambria Automotive Companies in the lease renewal.
Cambria Automotive Companies, a family owned business, operates Cambria Trucking Center, which sells and services commercial medium and heavy-duty Mack, Volvo, Peterbilt and Autocar trucks, at 116 Talmadge Road.
“Cambria has experienced much success at this highly trafficked location,” Sauerborn says. “Additionally, the owner of the property is implementing upgrades to portions of the facility, allowing Cambria to continue to operate a first-class truck sales and servicing business.”
