DENVER—The Opus Group says it has completed the development phase of Verve, a 285-unit, luxury high-rise apartment and retail development in downtown Denver developed in partnership with Amstar.

The 10-story, 428,000-square-foot luxury apartment building, located in the heart of Denver's Lower Downtown neighborhood, celebrated its grand opening by welcoming its first residents on July 16. New residents find themselves in the center of convenience. In addition to the 4,000 square feet of ground-level retail space, Verve offers close proximity to restaurants, retail, entertainment and other urban amenities synonymous with the popular LoDo District and LoHi neighborhoods.
“Verve's amenities and mindfulness of the Denver lifestyle is what sets it apart from other luxury apartments today,” said Carlson.
Nearby public transit and pedestrian options, such as the city's Union Station and Cherry Creek Trail, provide convenient options for commuters and travelers. At home, residents benefit from Verve's vast amenities, which include three levels of underground parking, an elevated pool deck, balconies with mountain views, bicycle storage and maintenance facility, fitness center, club and lounge rooms and green features. Verve has been designed to achieve LEED Certification.
The completion and sale of Verve is a perfect example of Amstar's multifamily development strategy.

Opus Development Company, was the project's developer and Opus Design Build, was the design-builder. Opus AE Group, was the architect of record and structural engineer of record and partnered with Denver-based Shears Adkins + Rockmore on the design. Opus AE Group,also served as the interior designer.
