IRVINE, CA—Stream Realty Partners has hired a new leadership team in its Orange County office here to specialize in national investment sales and user representation. Benjamin Gott, John Pomer and Korbin Duley will also be responsible for growing the firm's platform and promoting all service lines.

The team has more than 10 years' experience in the industry providing advisory services to buyers, sellers and tenants. Gott and Pomer say the move "was a necessary next step to further our growth and development as well-rounded commercial real estate professionals. Stream's in-depth marketing and branding tools, cutting-edge financial analysis and market intelligence allow our team to better service our clients. The company culture and commitment to excellence is second to none, and we are thrilled to be a part of the Stream family.”

According to Colby Annett, a partner at Stream, the new team capitalizes on the firm's strengths and further aligns it for growth and continued real estate market leadership across Southern California. “We are extremely excited to announce three truly visionary leaders within our industry with 20 years of collective experience in our Southern California marketplace are joining the Stream family. This group of top-producing market experts will join us in setting and achieving synergies across our Southern California market, strengthening services to customers and enhancing our place in the market.”

The firm is growing its offices in other major markets as well. As GlobeSt.com reported last month, its multifamily services division hired nine specialists led Jeff Patterson in its Dallas office. New team members include Matt Heininger, SVP of multifamily; Colleen Grahn, VP of multifamily operations; Max Reinbach, VP of multifamily and brokerage; Kelly Witherspoon, VP of multifamily; Jonathan Boone, VP of multifamily; Boyce Rigby and Chad Rigby, associates of multifamily; Charles Marrs, senior financial analyst of multifamily; and Patty Roberts, graphic designer of multifamily.
