Stream Hires Investment Sales, User Rep Team

IRVINE, CA—Stream Realty Partners has hired a new leadership team in its Orange County office here to specialize in national investment sales and user representation. Benjamin Gott, John Pomer and Korbin Duley will also be responsible for growing the firm's platform and promoting all service lines.

The team has more than 10 years' experience in the industry providing advisory services to buyers, sellers and tenants. Gott and Pomer say the move "was a necessary next step to further our growth and development as well-rounded commercial real estate professionals.
