SAN FRANCISCO—National Real Estate Advisors has topped out 100 Van Ness, a 418-unit apartment building in downtown San Francisco.
National, its joint venture partner, The Emerald Fund, and general contractor, Plant Construction, hosted on-site workers and local and international union trade representatives to celebrate a key milestone in the project which will convert an office building into a multifamily tower. National's president and CEO Jeffrey Kanne, IBEW Local 6 business manager John Doherty and chairman Oz Erickson from Emerald Fund joined Plant Construction to congratulate workers on their quality workmanship and dedication to meeting the project schedule.
When completed next year, 100 Van Ness will boast over 400,000 square feet of livable space, including a panoramic roof deck with stunning 360 degree views of San Francisco. Successfully converting from office to residential use, the development plan will also preserve approximately 108 existing subsurface parking spaces and renovate approximately 5,000 square feet of ground floor retail.
