WASHINGTON, DC—Locally-based Madison Marquette Retail Services has added three properties to its management portfolio: The Meadows at Lake Saint Louis near Chesterfield, MO, Burlington Town Center, in Burlington, VT and Penn's Purchase, in Lahaska, PA.—MMRS' first factory outlet assets. The company will manage and lease up these centers.
The Meadows at Lake Saint Louis is an upscale retail center with more than 40 shops and restaurants. It has the only Von Maur department store in Missouri. Burlington Town Center is located next to The Church Street Marketplace, an open-air four block pedestrian shopping plaza and houses state's only J.Crew, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn and White House Black Market. Penn's Purchase is in Bucks County, just north of Philadelphia. The center has a Brooks Brothers and Coach Factory Store.
These assignments are adding 650,000 square feet to MMRS' 20 million square foot services portfolio.
