TAMPA, FL—Citing growth in operations and growing client demand, Cushman & Wakefield has restructured its Florida leadership. That restructuring puts Larry Richey at the top of the management chain in the Sunshine State. Richey is now Florida Market Leader. Wanda Riley is Florida operations Director.

“Our goal is to support our organizational commitment to better align our services and resources reflecting demand from our clients,” says Bill Magner, president of Cushman & Wakefield's US Markets. “This move will allow us to better integrate and deliver collaborative solutions to our clients.”

CushWake has six corporate offices and one affiliate office in Florida. All told, the firm has 107 brokers and 279 professionals. In the state.

Richey has served CushWake for 33 years. He's been a market leader for the firm's Tampa, Orland and Jacksonville offices for the last 23 years. During that tie, he is credited with building all three into market-leading operations.

Richey will add the firm's South Florida offices to his leadership. He says the new structure “will allow us to collaborate more between the Florida markets and build stronger relationships that support our clients across the state and beyond.

For her part, Riley has been director of operations for CushWake's Orlando and Jacksonville offices for the last 14 years. In her new role she oversees and directs the operational, financial, and facility management of all offices in the state.

“Florida represents a strong region for our firm,” Magner says. “Under this new organization and leadership we expect to increase collaboration and demonstrate our understanding of our clients' needs and goals.”
