TYSONS, VA—Northeastern Supply is opening another branch here, signing a 21,320 square foot lease for showroom and distribution space at 7909 Wellingford Dr. It is the fourth location for Northeastern in the Washington DC area for the Baltimore-based company, which has opened stores in Alexandria, Dulles and Landover, MD.
Now the company is scouting Montgomery County, where it hopes to establish a presence in the Gaithersburg/Germantown area. At the same time Northeastern Supply is working with the landlord of its Manassas space, NVCapital Advisors, to build out the new branch, which is scheduled to open in early Fall.
