HILLSBORO BEACH, FL—Construction has begun on the 1200 The Ocean luxury condominium project here, the only new construction to take place in the Hillsboro Mile section in more than a decade.
The development, when completed, will feature 18 luxury condominium homes and penthouses located on one of the last available direct ocean private stretches of beachfront land in Broward County, according to Baker Real Estate Florida, the exclusive sales agent and marketing manager for 1200 The Ocean. According to the property's website, the builder of the project is Marrano Homes, headquartered in West Seneca, NY.
