FORT LAUDERDALE, FL—Larry Dinner is now sitting at CBRE's industrial services table. The 24-year industrial real estate veteran comes on board as a senior vice president.
Dinner joins CBRE from IDI Gazeley, where he served as a vice president. He will specialize in representing institutional quality owners and occupiers of industrial real estate.
“CBRE is building upon its strong industrial platform by leveraging the experience of a well-known and highly respected professional in the industry,” says Ken Krasnow, managing director for CBRE South Florida. “The strength of the overall industrial market makes this an opportune time to expand our capabilities to better serve our clients in South Florida.”
At IDI, Dinner was responsible for the day-to-day leasing and marketing of all the firm's developed, owned, and managed properties in Florida. That portfolio spans about 5.5 million square feet with over 360 acres of developable land. The firm's oversight also includes assets from third-party institutional clients such as TIAA-CREF and JP Morgan.
Dinner held previous positions with CBRE and Grubb and Ellis, both in Boca Raton, FL. There he specialized in the leasing and sales of over 10 million square feet for national developers as well as tenant representation.
“CBRE's people, platform and technologies were key to my decision to join the firm,” says Dinner. “My clients continually tell me that they appreciate and value the level of service CBRE brings to its assignments, and I am looking forward to being part of that culture of excellence.”
