WASHINGTON, DC—Locally-based development firm CAS Riegler filed a permit on Wednesday for a more than four-story mixed-use building at 1101 Rhode Island Ave. here.
The former parking lot and taxi garage will feature 38 luxury condominiums, 3,100 square feet of retail, 14 parking spaces and 24 bicycle spaces, according to the Washington Business Journal.
CAS Riegler is calling the project “Holm” and plans to have three affordable units at the development, one on the basement level and two on the second floor. The project is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2015. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
