TYSONS, VA—A total of 12 new development projects here have either been recently delivered, are under construction, or will break ground in the near future.

According to the Tysons Partnership, there is 3 million square feet of residential space, 2.3 million square feet of office and 85,000 square feet of retail development coming online here near four Silver Line Metro stations by late 2018.

So far this year, the following projects have been delivered: the 300-unit, 19-story Ovation at Park Crest, in February; the 404-unit Ascent at Spring Hill Station in March and Tysons Tower, a 552,000-square-foot office building in June, according to the Washington Business Journal.

In the pipeline, MRP Realty is expected to finish its 326,000-square-foot Tysons Overlook office building in November and in January the VITA Tysons Corner Center apartment building and the Hyatt Tysons Corner Center are expected to come online. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
