SAN FRANCISCO—Cushman & Wakefiled has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 650 California Street by Atlanta-based Columbia Property Trust.

Columbia Property Trust recently purchased the building from New York City-based Tishman Speyer and Prudential Real Estate. Spearheading all leasing efforts for Cushman & Wakefield are executive directors Zach Siegel and JD Lumpkin, as well as associate director Sam Wasserstein.

The 478,392 square foot, 33-story, class-A building is located within the highly-desirable Financial District sub-market in downtown San Francisco. 650 California Street offers attractive tenant amenities and spectacular, unobstructed 360-degree views to the north and west from almost every floor. Its proximity to virtually all transportation hubs includes direct access to Market Street, Caltrain Station, SOMA and the Mission Bay submarkets.

650 California Street has twice been renovated over the past seven years, in 2007 and 2013. Over 75% of the building features modern tenant improvements, including 20% creative open-ceiling space. The most recent $14.2 million renovation included the addition of an onsite parking garage and a comprehensive lobby renovation and enabled the building to achieve LEED Gold certification. These enhancements compliment the building's large, highly-efficient floor plates and amenities, such as fitness and conference centers and bicycle parking.
