DALLAS--Henry S. Miller Multifamily Development is planning a new upscale development, to be called CliffVIEW, south of downtown Dallas in Oak Cliff.
Situated on scenic cliffs with unobstructed views of downtown, CliffVIEW will comprise four-plus acres of apartments and townhomes, near the Bishop Arts entertainment district in Oak Cliff.
Represented by Tom Grunnah, senior vice president, and Kyle Ward of the Henry S. Miller Brokerage Investments/Land Division, HSM Multifamily Development purchased the property from Dr. B.A. Badie.
Bill Bush, HSM Multifamily Development's managing director, is managing plans for the development, which will offer a deck pool, outdoor lounging areas, abundant green space and natural landscaping. Residents will be able to choose from studio-style apartments to larger townhome designs. Reps with Henry S. Miller declined to offer further comments about the project.
Completion of the development is scheduled for 2016.
