DALLAS--Henry S. Miller Cos., TriVest Residential and Oklahoma City-based WholeLife Cos. Inc. have finalized an agreement to reposition ownership of property contracts and assets of the Henry S. Miller Realty Management portfolio.
Henry S. Miller Realty Management was created in a 2012 merger with TriVest, which is a leading multifamily asset and property management company owned by Ron Taylor.
In the move, Taylor has been named president and CEO of WholeLife Management Co. LLC, and will continue to manage operations and provide management services to its multifamily management portfolio.
"Through initial work, feasibility studies and analysis…we quickly realized that our businesses were very well-suited for each other,” Taylor told GlobeSt.com. “As WholeLife Management Co., we will be able to grow our multifamily business and inject our services into WholeLife's senior housing development arena.”
The transaction includes a list of multifamily properties totaling more than 20 residential properties and 5,000-plus units.
“The deal was a win-win-win transaction for Henry S. Miller, TriVest and WholeLife,” says Greg Miller, president and CEO of Henry S. Miller. “We wish the best for Ron and WholeLife in their business endeavors.”
