CORAL GABLES, FL—The Allen Morris Co. reports that real estate brokerage veteran Ana G. Barcelo has joined the firm as a senior broker associate and will specialize in commercial real estate and luxury residential properties valued at more than $1 million.
She has 15 years of real estate experience working for such firms as CBRE, Related Cervera Realty and SouthOne Realty. Barcelo has been involved in various complex assignments totaling more than $700 million in sales.
Her areas of expertise in commercial real estate include: the brokerage of retail and office condominiums, shopping centers, hotels, land, development sites and income and investment properties; landlord and tenant representation; property management; receiverships (multi-family, condo associations, and shopping centers); construction management; marketing; and advisory services.
