BETHESDA, MD—MRP Realty and the Rockpoint Group Inc., which paid approximately $205 million for the property about two years ago, has put what is now called Bethesda Crossing on the market for sale.

The ownership of the three-building complex has hired Cassidy Turley to market the more than 714,000-square-foot complex, according to the Washington Business Journal. After purchasing what was the Air Rights Center, located a block from the Bethesda Metro station, MRP and Rockpoint spent $25 million on a repositioning and rebranding of the property.

The Bethesda Crossing complex is currently 90% leased. According to MRP Realty's website, tenants at the property include Abt Associates, Calvert Investments, Ameritas and Ruth's Chris Steak House. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
