GEORGETOWN, MD—Eastbanc Technologies, a software development firm, has leased space on three floors of the historic Georgetown Post Office here.

The firm, an affiliate of building owner EastBanc Inc. signed a 10-uear lease for 11,776 square feet of space. Its offices on three floors, including a newly added basement level to the building, according to the Washington Business Journal.

The post office building first opened in 1858 as the Georgetown Post Office. Eastbanc acquired the building from the US Post Office in 2013. A small post office continues to operate on the ground floor of the building. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
