FORT LAUDERDALE, FL—Nicole Messer, a veteran of 14 years in the real estate business, has joined Stiles Realty's Retail Brokerage Group here as a senior retail associate.
In her new post, Messer will focus primarily on developing third-party retail leasing and investment sales business in the Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami markets, company officials say.
Most recently, she founded NM Commercial Realty where she was responsible for a 615,000-square-foot portfolio of office and retail properties in Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Messer has completed transactions with national and international clients, such as State Farm, Amscot and CROCS. She holds the Certified Commercial Investment Membership designation and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Messer is the fifth agent to join Stiles Realty's expanding team this year. Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Stiles maintains regional offices in Miami, Fort Myers, Tampa and Orlando, FL and has a development office in Charlotte, NC. Stiles is responsible for more than 38 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use residential projects throughout the southeastern United States.
