GREENSBORO, NC—CBRE|Triad reports it has promoted Richard Montana and Hal Kern to vice presidents of its Carolinas Multifamily Investment Properties team here.
Montana joined CBRE in 2008 and is the co-leader of the Carolinas Multifamily Group in the Triad office with a focus on acquisitions and dispositions within the North and South Carolina markets. Since 2009, Montana has been involved in more than $120 million in apartment sales in the Carolinas. He has been in the real estate business for 10 years.
Kern, who has been in the real estate business for nine years, joined CBRE in 2010 as the Triad co-leader of the Carolinas Multifamily Group investment sales team. He has represented numerous high profile regional and national clients in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily assets throughout the Carolinas.
Both Montana and Kern are licensed real estate brokers within North and South Carolina and are natives of the Triad region.
