WASHINGTON, DC—BAC F Street LLC secured $42 million in financing for 620 F St., NW, a trophy building in the East End market across the street from The Verizon Center. HFF arranged the 25-year, fixed-rate loan on behalf of the borrower.
The building, developed in 2006, is fully occupied by such tenants as International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers and AARP.
Sue Carras, Walter Coker, Brian Crivella and Nicole Snarski led the HFF debt placement team. R.J. Davis of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP provided legal counsel for the owner.
