ALEXANDRIA, VA— CityInterests Inc. and Rooney Properties' plan for a prime industrial site n the Potomac waterfront is set for another review by the Alexandria's Board of Architectural Review-Old and Historic District on Nov. 19.

The Robinson Terminal North project has been refined and now calls for two mixed-use buildings along the Potomac waterfront between Founders and Oronoco Bay parks, according to the Washington Business Journal.

The four-story East Building calls for three stories of renal apartment units and one of commercial "active use," according to a concept submission to the BAR. The six-story West Building will feature two residential towers and a boutique hotel. There will also be 281 underground vehicle parking spaces for the two buildings.

The BAR has reviewed the plan previously in May and again in July. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
