SAN DIEGO—It is very exciting to be on the cutting edge of the brokerage world right now. That is according to locally based Alvin Mansour, SVP of investments at Marcus & Millichap, who recently was chosen in sister publication, Real Estate Forum's, Fifty Under 40 listing.
“Brokers who are just getting into the industry are privileged to have so many technological resources,” he says. “These new advances have really changed the game in the way we research and our ability to create intelligent materials for our buyers and sellers.”
Additionally going completely paperless, he adds, “allows the new generation to collaborate on a much more sophisticated level.”
Mansour believes that the biggest thing in this industry that stands out to him is that his business doesn't feel like work ... He welcomes the challenges that he faces as they bring exciting new aspects of the industry for him to conquer.
Mansour currently leads a team of highly qualified professionals specializing in single-tenant, multi-tenant and net-leased investment sales, sale-leaseback transactions and portfolio dispositions nationwide. At any given time he is balancing between 75 and 100 deals in various stages of the process.
