LITTLETON, CO—Transwestern's Denver office has negotiated the sale of the Gallup House Apartments and Chateau Shepperd Apartments in Littleton. Both properties were sold by Autrey Properties Inc., represented by Transwestern senior vice president Tom Wanberg, along with team members John Blackshire and Stacey Brady. The assets were purchased by Ohio-based Gallup Four Holdings LLC led by Brian Botnick for an undisclosed price.
“Value-add multifamily assets in excellent locations are very difficult to find in the Denver metro area,” said Wanberg. “The tremendous neighborhood amenities of these communities will continue to attract quality residents, making them a stable investment opportunity.”
Built in 1970, Gallup House consists of 140 units while its adjacent property, Chateau Shepperd, was built in 1972 and has 24 units. The well-maintained communities feature a heated swimming pool and mature landscaping. Centrally located in Littleton, the properties are adjacent to many desirable amenities such as Ketring Park, Littleton Museum and the Edwin Bemis Public Library. Gallup House and Chateau Shepperd are also conveniently located less than one mile from historic downtown Littleton and the downtown Littleton Regional Transportation District Light Rail stop.
