FIFE, WA—Kennedy Wilson has reportedly agreed to acquire the the 280-unit Bella Sonoma apartment complex in Fife for $46.75 million.
In reporting the sale, the Puget Sound Business Journal also noted that the California-based real estate firm now owns 5,216 apartment units in the Pacific Northwest area, and that K-W has purchased 2,185 units in 2014 alone. In July, the firm purchased three Seattle- area multifamily properties for $127 million.
Fife is located near Tacoma, WA.
