Bal Harbour Condo Targets Rich Foreigners

MIAMI—ONE Sotheby's International Realty is helping Consultatio Real Estate, the Argentine-based real estate development company behind Oceana Bal Harbour, reach foreign buyers. ONE Sotheby's is the official international affiliate for the luxury oceanfront condo in Bal Harbour, FL.

Oceana Bal Harbour sits on the last available plot of land in the exclusive Miami suburb. Consultatio's sales team has already sold half of the condos in the 24-story, 280-unit tower. The firm won a $332 million loan from HSBC in May to construct the tower. The condo is slated for completion in fall 2016.

“Oceana Bal Harbour is a sophisticated, artistic project that resonates with the cultured lifestyle of its global residents,” says Eduardo Costantini, founder of the real estate firm that carries his name and MALBA museum founder. The tower is set back from Collins Avenue on 5.53 acres and sits parallel to 400 feet of beach.

ONE Sotheby's will tap into its global network of 750 affiliate offices in more than 55 countries, research team and marketing channels to target affluent international homebuyers. The firm is specifically going after buyers in New York, Brazil, Canada, France, and Mexico. Oceana Bal Harbour is one of few Miami residential projects registered to market and sell in New York City. The firm believes this non-traditional approach will drive more exposure among New York buyers.

Buyer can choose one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom and four penthouse residences with ocean frontage. Amenities include underground parking, a private poolside restaurant, a lap pool and leisure pool with cabanas, a movie theater, a children's playroom, a fitness center and world-class spa, 24-hour concierge services, two tennis courts, and a wine cellar.

This is Consultatio's second Miami-area development. Oceana Key Biscayne, which occupies the last oceanfront site on the island of Key Biscayne, came to market in September and is over 95% sold.
