MIAMI—Blanca Commercial Real Estate continues adding to its talent roster. The firm has hired Iris Linares, who will serve as associate director of marketing.
Linares will offer administrative and creative support for Blanca's team of brokers and marketing gurus. As a broker coordinator, she will update listings, develop market surveys, ownership presentations, property collateral, and website content.

Before joining Blanca, Linares served as a marketing research associate for Cresa South Florida, an international corporate real estate advisory firm. During her seven years there, she handled commercial real estate research, social media development, and graphic design implementation.

She holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Literature from Hunter College in New York. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
