NEW YORK CITY—Cushman & Wakefield reports it has promoted 16 brokers to executive positions, including eight within its retail practice area.
Ron Lo Russo, president, New York Tri-State region, announced the appointments for Cushman & Wakefield. The brokerage firm has promoted Alan Schmerzler to executive vice president; Andrew Kahn, Jonathan Scibilia and Steven Soutendijk to executive director; Ian Lerner, Christopher Schwart and Christian Stanton to director; and Jesse Hutcher to associate director in its retail practice.

At its Midtown office, eight brokers also received promotions including, Owen Hane to executive director; Tyler McNeil to director; Omar Farooq to associate director; and Daniel D'Agnes, Joshua Goldsmith, Brooks Hauf, Marc Nevins and Daniel Organ to senior associate.
