MIAMI—United Home Care Services, Inc. has inked an eight-year 16,000 square-foot lease deal at Westside Office Plaza 1 in Doral.
The transaction was announced by State Street Realty, which represented the building owner Prudential Real Estate Investors in the transaction.
State Street Realty president George Pino, SIOR and executive vice president Ed Lyden acted on behalf of Prudential Real Estate Investors. Donna Abood and Joe Abood of Colliers International South Florida represented United Home Care Services in the deal.
“This was one of the larger transactions completed in the 4th quarter within the Miami Airport submarket, which continues to be very active and healthy,” says State Street's Pino. “This deal required creativity, skill and dedication by all parties involved and is a transaction that delivers tremendous benefits to both the tenant and the landlord.”
