WASHINGTON, DC—Paramount Group has signed two 10-year leases totaling 35,500 square feet at Liberty Place, the 12-story building located at 325 7th St., NW. Toyota Motor Co. will occupy 28,900 square feet on the tenth and eleventh floors and Visa Inc. will take 6,600 square feet on a portion of the eighth floor. Cushman & Wakefield's Sherry Cushman, Susan Thomas and Bart Drummond represented Toyota in the transaction. Paramount Group was represented by Amy Bowser of JLL in the Toyota transaction.
WASHINGTON, DC—Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Management Services has added 800,000 square feet to its portfolio with four Class A office buildings on behalf of two owners, Clark Enterprises and Spear Street Capital. NGKF will oversee Capitol View at 425 3rd St., SW, and 1133 15th St., NW, for Clark Enterprises. NGKF also will manage The Flour Mill, located at 1000 Potomac Ave., NW, in Georgetown, and 1881 Campus Commons Dr. in Reston, Va., on behalf of Spear Street Capital.

BALTIMORE—The Hyatt Place Baltimore/Inner Harbor has opened its doors. The 208-key project was developed in a venture between Hyatt Hotels Corp. and 511 South Central Avenue, LLC, a collaboration between Englewood LLC and CG Investments.
