SAN MARCOS, CA—NorthMarq Capital's Phoenix-based regional office has secured acquisition financing of $41 million for Campus Marketplace, a 144,287 sq.ft. retail property located at 300-380 S. Twin Oaks Valley Road in San Marcos. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through a CMBS lender.

This is yet another successful transaction in the continuation of a long term repeat relationship,” said James DuMars, senior vice president/managing director, who executed the financing deal. “The transaction went smoothly because the teams (lender and borrower) know each other very well and have completed similar transactions together in the past. Finally, the real estate is of exceptional quality.”
Major tenants include Ralph's and CVS.
