Hospitality Ventures to Manage Three Courtyard Hotels

ATLANTA— Locally-based Hospitality Ventures Management Group reports it has been selected by Garrison Investment Group of New York City to operate three Courtyard by Marriott hotels in Myrtle Beach, SC, Naples and Coral Springs, FL.

The three hotel management assignments bring HVMG's managed portfolio to 42 hotels and 8,060 rooms in 16 states.

The 102-room and suite Courtyard by Marriott Naples is located at 3250 US 41 North in downtown Naples. A major renovation to upgrade guest rooms and lobby space was recently completed.

The 110-room and suite Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Coral Springs at 620 N. University Drive is located near such attractions as Pompano Beach, Heron Bay Golf Club, Parkland Music Academy, Butterfly World, Seminole Casino Coconut Creek and Sawgrass Mills Mall.

The 157-room and suite Courtyard by Marriott Myrtle Beach Barefoot Landing is located one mile from the beach. A recent lobby upgrade included the addition of the Bistro - Eat. Drink. Connect.
