RESTON, VA—A nonprofit organization, Noblis, has signed a full-building lease at JBG Cos.' Summit I building here, plus a portion of the sister building, Summit II. The buildings, which are located on Edmund Halley Dr., are next to what will be the Reston Town Center Metro station.

Rob Faktorow, Terry Reiley, and David Ritchey of CBRE represented JBG. Robb Johnson, Steve Ranck, and Joe Judge of JLL represented Noblis in the transaction. The buildings will serve as Noblis' headquarters.

JBG renovated Summit I to LEED Silver standards after its purchase. The company also started a lunchtime shuttle to the restaurants and shops in Reston Town Center, as well as a rush hour shuttle to the Wiehle-Reston East Metro station.

Summit II has been leased as multi-tenant. The combined property won NAIOP's 2013 Northern Virginia Awards of Excellence for best building renovation and capital improvement. With the Noblis lease, the entire Summit development is 99.5% leased.
