BALTIMORE, MD—American Tire Distributors has signed a lease with Chesapeake Real Estate Group for 138,240 square feet of warehouse and distribution space at 11503 Pocomoke Ct.
This is a new building under construction in the Baltimore Crossroads @95 business community that is expected to deliver in fall 2015. Chesapeake Real Estate Group is also constructing a speculative 100,685 square foot warehouse and distribution building in the Baltimore Crossroads business community.
The new building will feature 28 foot clear ceiling heights, 26 rear loading docks and two drive-in doors, a 125 foot truck court and approximately 11,000 square feet of office space.
